Each visit includes pre-visit guidance, quiet arrival, and a comfort and handling assessment before any grooming begins. If your pet shows significant stress, pain, aggression, breathing difficulty, or another welfare concern, the session may be shortened, adjusted, paused, or stopped.
We also review coat photos before the appointment when needed, and any change to the agreed groom is discussed before scope changes are made. After the visit, you receive a written grooming summary with practical notes for coat care between appointments.
